Our General Terms and Conditions read as follows:

Quotations/Orders

All quotations are subject to our final confirmation. Orders are accepted subject to strike, lockout, unforeseen import restrictions, accidents, delay in or lack of supply of goods contracted, war, and any other Force Majeure – Act of God – as well as changes in the rates of exchange, taxes and dues, rates of duty, freight rates, and raw material prices applying on the date of our order confirmation.

Claims

Any claims shall be lodged not later than eight days after the date of delivery.

Compensation

Gleco A/S shall in no case, including accidents and damage caused by negligence, assume liability beyond the value invoiced for the particular product item/service.

Gleco’s liability shall not include operating loss, loss of time, loss of profits, or any similar indirect losses or claims lodged more than six months after buyer’s takeover of the product item/service
